Does what he says he’ll do when he said he’d do it and at a good price. We needed a new four-box mailbox post installed after a wind storm knocked ours down. After getting offers from a couple of other handymen/contractors and then hearing nothing, I was getting frustrated, plus the Post Office was threatening to stop delivering mail lest their carrier sprain an ankle slinging his or her butt out of the van.

I contacted Willie via Yelp and he asked for a couple of photos. He sent me a written quote that was lower than the others and showed up a day early (Super Bowl Sunday!) to drop off his supplies and check the installation. He did a great job on the installation and is a heck of a nice guy, too! He’ll be my go-to contractor from now on!

We have used Willie for the past seven years for various projects around our house. Very happy with his work done at very reasonable prices. He is also a man of his word. He’ll be there when he says he will. Latest example was replacing our water heater. Called him one evening and he had it replaced the following day. Even picked up the unit for us at Home Depot and took away the old one. He is a great resource for the homeowner with smaller projects.

Called Saturday morning to get a quote for replacing resessed lights with LED. Willie was here in 1 hour and finished same day.

He was able to coordinate so many different types of repairs, painting, junk removal, plumbing, tub installation, flooring installation, electrical, etc. He and his crew did a timely,complete, and professional job for me and the cost was very reasonable. They showed up on time, with masks. Efficient and explained the work. Window AC installed plus a few other items. Great attention to get the AC set at the perfect angle. Installed Plexiglass above AC; looks perfect. With my steel window frame they showed talent. Cleaned up after work finished. Reasonable prices; pleasant to work with. Great job, crew.

Willie was excellent. He really was interested in my work. He Painted my dining room and did a great job. He also hung some shelves for me in my kitchen and offered suggestions on different types of brackets to use. His additions were really helpful and improved the astetics if my project. He is very personable and professional. I most certainly would use him again.

Willie did a great job assembling and installing a fairly heavy duty piece of fitness equipment in my garage. He did a great job at a very fair price.

Fair pricing and quick service.

Mr. Hickey was responsive in making an appointment, thorough in his estimate, and reasonably priced. I’m estimator for a large general contractor and I know what labor and materials cost. I contracted with Mr. Hickey for stucco work, selective demolition, light fixture installation, drywall, door/frame/hardware, wood trim, countertop installation, plumbing, plaster & acoustical ceiling patching. Mr. Hickey is a pro and exceeded our expectations with high quality craftsmanship, he explained the process for each task, made great suggestions, was trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with. We intend to hire him for additional work soon.
